How They Met
On this social networking age, they met on Facebook for the first time. A random friend request from him, a quick peek into his profile and they were friends. They were from the same hometown and they had mutual friends. The very next day She came to know that Surbhi’s mom and Ankit’s mom knew each other. And that’s where their initial paths crossed. And as it goes, they started texting, talking and laughing. Gradually with the passing time, they blended more and their love blossomed. They started dating each other and that continued for 4 years and post that they decided to get married. It was a beautiful wedding and we are very happy that the photography for the wedding was done by us.
Weddings Functions
Mehndi
Their wedding festivities began with a small mehndi function for which Surbhi wanted her attire to have an Indian feel. A beautiful lehenga with a dupatta was the outfit that she chose. Since this was an evening outdoor function, She wanted something bridal yet easy on the eyes, and this was perfect for Surbhi.
Sangeet
“On sangeet, She wore an elegant blue dress. This was definitely one of her favorites! She loves the colour blue and the dress was just so perfect and bright complementing the vibe at the sangeet night. Her Matinee necklace set completed an elegant wedding look.”
Haldi
“The Haldi was a very enjoyable event, and she wore a lehenga with mirror work on the blouse. This was paired with a peach dupatta that doubled up as the necklace .” Her makeup was done by Pratibha from PN Glam Studio. Surbhi was very particular about having minimal makeup on all three days because she wanted to look as natural as possible. She considered Surbhi’s suggestions and made sure she created the perfect looks with special attention to detail for makeup and hairstyles, both.
Pool Party
This event was held just after the Mehndi function. Everyone changed to their shorts and were fully pumped up for the party. Surbhi twinned with Ankit as she chooses to wear a beautiful blue dress and he wore a blue shirt with a cool white pant.
Wedding
It was her dream to wear an elegant greenish- silver colour lehenga with a bright red dupatta, a stunning combination of the beautiful seaside location and a bride in the most unique lehenga colour combination in 2018 so far, this wedding had us floored. Sunset hues, a sea-facing mandap, white-pink coloured cherry blossom aisle, were just some of the elements that made this wedding beautiful beyond words.
